Youth Build is part of Lummi Housing Authority. Youth ages 16-24 are provided "Educational" and "Training" activities to prepare them for employment. Creates opportunities for in-school and out-of-school youth by providing: Tutoring, Alternative school access, summer employment,
occupational training, work experience, supportive services, leadership development, and mentoring, counseling, and follow-up services. Prepares youth of the Lummi community for successful and healthy living as they move from adolescence into young adulthood. Learning life long habits of good learning habits, the importance of education, healthy living, and work skills will help lead to a better life, a better future, and a better community.

The mission of the Teen Parent Child Development Center (TPCDC) is to make a positive difference in the lives of Lummi Nation Tribal teen parents and their children. By providing free, accessible, quality childcare, the teen parents will be able to continue their education. Provide parents an opportunity to learn about child development and parenting.
